Who may use this

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You may only order engagement for accounts, posts or links that you own or are authorised to promote.

What we actually sell

We are a reseller. Orders are fulfilled by third-party providers, and the quality, speed and retention of what arrives is determined by them. Each listing shows the supplier's stated figures — start time, speed, refill policy — copied verbatim. Where a supplier states nothing, we say so rather than inventing a promise.

We do not guarantee outcomes. Not engagement quality, not retention, not business results, and not that any delivery will remain in place.

Drops and refills

Social platforms remove inauthentic engagement, and some of what you buy may disappear. Each service shows its refill policy. Where a service says no refill, that is exactly what it means and drops will not be replaced. We only offer a refill where the supplier offers one to us.

Platform rules

Buying engagement generally conflicts with the terms of service of the platform receiving it. Consequences — reduced reach, removed content, restricted or terminated accounts — are possible and are entirely your responsibility. We give no assurance that using this service is permitted by any platform, and we are not liable for action a platform takes against you.

No affiliation with the platforms

Clout Investment is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Telegram, Spotify, Twitch, Snapchat, LinkedIn, or any other platform named on this site.

Those names appear here for one reason: to say which platform a service is delivered to. Nothing on this site should be read as a partnership, an authorisation, or an endorsement by any of them. All product names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners, and their use here is descriptive only.

We do not sell accounts, access, or anything belonging to a platform. We resell engagement services obtained from third-party suppliers.

Payment and balance

• Payment is Bitcoin only. Crypto payments are irreversible.
• Funds are added to an account balance, then spent on orders. Minimum top-up is $10; minimum order is $8.00.
• How pricing works. Every order costs at least $8.00, and that minimum already covers a good deal — on the cheaper services it buys tens of thousands of units. Above it, the rate falls as the order grows, so a large order pays close to the per-1,000 rate shown on each listing. Small orders cost us the same to place by hand as large ones, which is why there is a floor at all. The order form shows your exact total before you pay.
• Your balance is store credit. It buys services here and is not redeemable for cash.
• Sending on the wrong network, or a different amount than shown, may lose the funds permanently. Checkout displays the exact amount and network required.

Orders

Orders are placed against exactly the link you supply. An incorrect link cannot be recovered once the order is with the supplier — check it before confirming. Once an order is with the supplier it cannot be changed; if it is cancelled before then, anything you paid goes back to your balance.

What you may not do

• Order engagement for accounts or content you do not control.
• Target content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or sexual content involving minors.
• Use the service to impersonate, defraud or deceive.
• Attempt to abuse the referral system, chargeback, or exploit pricing errors.

Breaching this can mean suspension and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Availability

We may change prices, add or withdraw services, or suspend the service at any time. Prices shown at the moment you confirm are the prices charged.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order it concerns. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost followers, or action taken against your account by a platform.

Changes

These terms may change. The date above shows when they last did, and continuing to use the service means you accept the current version.
