Browsing

No tracking pixels, no analytics, no advertising scripts, and nothing loaded from a third party: the fonts are served from this domain, so no other company sees your visit.

Your browser stores a flag remembering that you dismissed the notice at the top of the page, and, while you are building one, your shopping cart. Neither identifies you, and the cart reaches us only when you sign in or place an order.

Cookies

We set three, all strictly functional. None is used for advertising, none is shared with anyone, and the session and signed-in flag are set only when you sign in; the third is written when we send you to the sign-in page, so that we can bring you back to where you were.

• ci_session — keeps you signed in for 30 days. It is the only one carrying anything sensitive, so your browser will not let scripts read it.
• ci_in — a plain yes/no flag so pages can show "Dashboard" instead of "Sign in". It holds no identifier and proves nothing on its own.
• ci_next — remembers the page you were on when we asked you to sign in, so you land back there afterwards. Expires after an hour.

Signing out clears all three.

Our web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, page, timestamp — for security and troubleshooting. They are not used to build profiles and are not shared.

The Telegram bot

When you use the bot we hold:

• Your Telegram account details — numeric id, username and first name. Telegram provides these; we do not ask for them and cannot see your phone number.
• Your orders — the service, the quantity, and the link you supplied.
• Your balance and its history — every top-up, order and refund.
• Payment records — the invoice reference and transaction hash. We never see or hold your wallet's private keys.

The website needs an email address so you can sign in and be told what happened to your order. We do not ask for your name, your address or your phone number, and we do not want them.

Who else sees it

• The supplier fulfilling your order receives the link and quantity. It cannot be delivered otherwise. Suppliers do not receive your Telegram identity.
• ChainPayments, our payment processor, handles the Bitcoin invoice. When you add funds we pass them your email address, so a payment can be matched to your account without us having to ask you which one it was.
• Resend, our email provider, delivers account and order email. They see your address and the contents of those messages.
• Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share your data for advertising.

Bitcoin transactions are recorded on a public blockchain. That is inherent to the network, is outside our control, and is worth understanding before you pay.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and dispute resolution. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal data, retaining only what we must for financial records.

Your choices

Ask and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, export it, or delete it. Email support@cloutinvestment.com from the address on your account, or message the bot from the Telegram account it belongs to — either proves the request is yours.

You can also delete a website account yourself from your dashboard, once your balance is spent. That clears your email address and password immediately. Order and payment records are kept, no longer linked to you, because we are required to retain financial records.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. The database sits on an access-restricted server with key-only administrative login. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Children

This service is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly hold data about minors.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised policy.
